Description

You will design, configure, and implement incentive compensation solutions using the Varicent ICM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement incentive compensation models, payout structures, and calculation logic.
• Customize the platform using Varicent ICM scripting, Formula Builder, and Workflows.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Develop APIs and integration flows to streamline data movement between Varicent and CRM, ERP, or HR systems.
• Execute ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data while maintaining strict data governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Varicent ICM platform, including implementation and customization.
• Proficiency in Varicent core components: Modeler, Scripting, Formula Builder, and Data Integration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for advanced querying and data manipulation.
• Experience working with APIs and web services for external system integration.
• Practical experience with ETL processes for data migration and integration.
• Competency in JavaScript or Java for developing custom solutions.
• Experience integrating platforms within cloud ecosystems such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Varicent ICM or related compensation management tools.
• Prior experience as a consultant or in a client-facing developer role.
