Description

Lead strategic account management operations and revenue oversight for large-scale digital modernization projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain revenue projection sheets and manage opportunity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
  • Review weekly CRM compliance and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for identified issues.
  • Audit PreSales and Account Management artifacts, including proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate and execute Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Reconcile engineering burn rates and delivery effectiveness with executive management.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Experience managing and executing SOWs and Master Services Agreements.
  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on operational issues.
  • Experience with revenue projection and financial tracking.
  • Proven track record in customer satisfaction measurement and process gap identification.
  • Degree in any field.
