Lead strategic account management operations and revenue oversight for large-scale digital modernization projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain revenue projection sheets and manage opportunity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
- Review weekly CRM compliance and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for identified issues.
- Audit PreSales and Account Management artifacts, including proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate and execute Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Reconcile engineering burn rates and delivery effectiveness with executive management.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Experience managing and executing SOWs and Master Services Agreements.
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on operational issues.
- Experience with revenue projection and financial tracking.
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction measurement and process gap identification.
- Degree in any field.
