Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IAM service delivery and governance, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, access governance, and certification/attestation controls.
• Ensure compliance with IAM standards, policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations; act as escalation point for complex IAM issues.
• Drive remediation of audit findings and identity control gaps, including orphan accounts, stale access, and unmanaged groups.
• Oversee application onboarding, lifecycle management, and decommissioning within identity governance platforms.
• Provide SME oversight across identity governance, provisioning, reconciliation, privileged access management, and directory services; partner with Security, Risk, Audit, and Engineering teams.

Skills Required:

• 15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance, or related Cyber Security roles
• Proven leadership experience managing operational service delivery and teams
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) leadership with strong governance for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) and access entitlement controls.
• Hands-on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience, including SailPoint and/or Saviynt platform operations.
• Directory and access fundamentals including Active Directory and LDAP, with audit and compliance accountability.
• Operational ownership of audit remediation and identity control remediation across onboarding, lifecycle, and access governance.

Good to Have:

• Azure or AWS IAM exposure
• Scripting/automation using Python or PowerShell

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in related field
