Description

You will own the Vicidial infrastructure and lead development of the AI-powered contact center platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize and manage Vicidial and Asterisk systems for high-volume call operations.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using PHP.
• Optimize system performance and stability under load.
• Collaborate with teams on AI and cloud integration.
• Transition the platform to a modern, scalable, multi-tenant architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
• Deep hands-on experience with Vicidial and Asterisk.
• Strong proficiency with MySQL or MariaDB.
• Solid skills in Linux environments.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of telephony protocols, specifically SIP and RTP.
• Experience with Laravel or Symfony frameworks.
