Description

Lead end-to-end client engagements to implement, upgrade, and migrate virtualization, server, and storage solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations, migrations, and upgrades for Lenovo server, switch, and storage technologies.
• Design technical solutions and document requirements based on analyzed customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales and solution architects to support sizing, scoping, and technical presentations.
• Contribute to pre-sales workshops, team mentorship, and service delivery documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with VMware solutions including VCF, NSX, Horizon, SDDC, and vROps.
• Proven ability to integrate cloud services with on-premises technologies such as Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, and Nutanix.
• Experience designing, planning, and migrating Lenovo servers, switches, and storage infrastructure.
• Professional certifications in virtualization or cloud technologies (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, Nutanix, Azure, or AWS).
• Strong technical troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or 10+ years of equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and automation skills using Java, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Practical Linux and Windows-based system administration in cloud or virtualized environments.
• Advanced understanding of Ethernet and Fiber Channel switch deployment and configuration.
