Description

You will lead design initiatives and manage the end-to-end production of digital and print projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs to develop compelling concepts for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with design leaders to transform concepts into print-ready or digital assets.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Oversee and review artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Mentor junior designers and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in print production and project management.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
• Deep expertise in print production processes.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex design projects.
• Ability to work independently and lead when necessary.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI/UX design, HTML, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of GIF creation, animation, and Adobe Express.
• Background in design/digital agencies or experience with Automotive, Industrial, or IT brands.
