You craft polished, production-ready visual designs for digital products, from high-fidelity mockups to detailed UI specifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate wireframes and concepts into visually compelling, functional user interfaces.
• Elevate interaction design through motion and micro-interactions that enhance usability.
• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to maintain visual quality from concept through launch.
• Present design work clearly, explaining the story behind visual decisions to stakeholders.
• Maintain visual consistency by building and scaling design systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in visual, UI, or product design.
• Portfolio showcasing high-caliber visual design across web and mobile.
• Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong collaboration skills with a track record in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions effectively in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 10+ years of professional design practice.
• Background in any graduate-level discipline.
