Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of visualization platforms and applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain visualization platforms and applications.
• Own production support operations, platform administration, and application maintenance.
• Manage service delivery through end-to-end software lifecycle activities.
• Execute platform governance and coordinate with global stakeholders and multi-partner teams.
• Monitor service health and manage software lifecycle activities in regulated environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in visualization platform build, maintenance, and support.
• Proficiency with Spotfire and PowerBI.
• Experience with RDBMS including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redshift.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for service management.
• Practical understanding of ITIL processes (Change, Release, Incident, Problem Management).
• Experience operating within SOx or GxP regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering stream or any graduate degree.
