Description

You will manage virtualization requirements and provide design, maintenance, and support services across four enterprise domains.

Responsibilities

• Administer VMware virtualization environments, including daily support and design services.
• Collaborate with network and storage administrators to ensure full operability of virtualization services.
• Plan and implement system security patches and required upgrades.
• Support Windows Domain enterprise operations, vulnerability management, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and enforce security procedures and controls for Windows systems and Active Directory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with VMware virtualization, specifically ESXi 5.5 through 7.x.
• Proficiency in vCenter operations, vMotion, and Host and Datastore Clustering.
• Hands-on experience with vCenter HA, DRS, and Guest VM resource management.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and server architecture, including physical server architecture and networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN).
• Active Security+ certification.
• Current Top Secret security clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS or Hyperflex architecture.

Preferred Skills

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
