Description

You will build, automate, and maintain complex VMware infrastructure environments, focusing on ESX clusters, vSAN storage, and security patching.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement VMware technology products and solutions using automation techniques.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize VMware infrastructure performance utilizing vRealize tools.
• Build and rebuild new VMware ESX cluster environments using automation.
• Manage storage resources using vSAN, configuring datastores and troubleshooting issues.
• Address security vulnerabilities and apply bug fixes across the infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in VMware infrastructure deployment, automation, and administration.
• Hands-on expertise managing ESX clusters, vSAN storage, patching, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with VMware, Ansible, and vSwitches.
• Experience with vRealize Automation, vRealize Orchestration, Operations Manager, and vRealize Loginsite.
• Ability to plan and execute testing and rollout of ESX security patches via vRO workflows.
• Experience optimizing network port groups, vSwitches, VLAN tagging, and NIC teaming.
• Knowledge of cluster health configuration, including HADR.
• Any Graduate education.
