Description

You will manage and maintain virtualized server systems and infrastructure across multiple data centers.

Responsibilities

• Manage VMware vSphere virtualized server systems across multiple data center environments.
• Execute Veeam backup and restore activities to ensure data availability.
• Implement infrastructure automation and compliance using Puppet.
• Manage digital certificates, including self-signed certificates.
• Install and maintain web-based and database technologies including IBM WebSphere, IBM Informix, and Kubernetes containers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Expert-level RedHat system and user administration.
• Demonstrable expertise in VMware vSphere.
• Experience with Veeam backup and restore.
• Proficiency with Puppet for infrastructure automation.
• Experience managing IBM WebSphere and IBM Informix.
• Experience with Kubernetes containers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Strong understanding of system-level permissions, scripting, troubleshooting, auditing, and networking.

Preferred Skills

• Subject matter expertise in virtualized infrastructure management technologies.
