Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Cisco-based unified communications and VoIP infrastructure for on-site operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) v12 and later versions.
• Configure and support Cisco Unity, Presence, Emergency Responder, and UCCX solutions.
• Manage SIP, SCCP, MGCP, and H.323 signaling protocols alongside PSTN integration.
• Implement dynamic and static routing strategies to ensure network stability and security.
• Maintain system security in compliance with IAT II / IAM II standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with communications systems and VoIP technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) v12+.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco UCCX, Unity, Presence, and Emergency Responder.
• Proficiency in SIP, SCCP, MGCP, and H.323 protocols.
• Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification or successful completion of the CLCOR exam.
• Security+ or equivalent IAT II / IAM II certification.
• Experience with dynamic and static routing configurations.
