Responsibilities

• Lead and guide junior analysts, enforcing best practices and driving learning.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Drive the transformation of current systems into agile reporting frameworks.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience implementing and reporting with Adobe Analytics.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and independent project execution.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Analytics reporting and A/B testing platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-tool ecosystems for holistic business insights.
