You will drive data-driven optimization through deep analysis of website performance and user behavior.
Responsibilities
- Publish and maintain standard website performance dashboards and scorecard reports.
- Analyze site visitor behavior to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities based on value and effort.
- Assist in reporting and analysis for A/B testing focused on conversion rate optimization.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate web analytics implementation across acquisition channels.
- Monitor customer behavior to detect issues, determine root causes, and assist in resolution.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of corporate experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Expertise in Adobe, Google Analytics 360, Adobe Test & Target, or Optimizely.
- Proficiency in SQL for working with large and complex databases.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
- Experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and data science methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channel analysis including PPC, SEO, Display, and Social.
- Understanding of sales and marketing psychology, ROI, and testing methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS, Mathematics, or Business.

- Background supporting E-Commerce sites or corporations.
