Description

Develop and maintain enterprise-level web applications for state-level projects. Own the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specifications, project plans, and project management documentation.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, including traceability matrices and system designs.
• Test custom applications, reports, large data sets, and dashboards to ensure objectives are met.
• Communicate project progress, status reports, and technical risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage change control processes and obtain approvals for scope, budget, or schedule adjustments.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications.
• Proficiency in C#.Net, MVC, ASP.NET 4.XX, and OOPs.
• Experience with Web Services, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including creating and writing stored procedures.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (2017 and above) and SQL Server Integration Services.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure services, application development on Azure, and .NET Core.
• Experience with batch processing, data loading, and large enterprise projects.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
