Description

You design and conceptualize original web interfaces and user flows for enterprise or government-scale projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into wireframes, storyboards, and user flows.
• Develop low-fidelity prototypes and high-fidelity web pages focusing on typography, color schemes, and imagery.
• Build intuitive, accessible interfaces and adapt layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work with front-end developers to provide assets and technical specifications for implementation.
• Iterate on design concepts based on client feedback and establish team design guidelines.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of professional design and development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Version Control (Git).
• Foundational knowledge of back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
• Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and Project Management tools.
• Ability to perform testing, debugging, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Responsive Design, UI, and UX principles.
• Knowledge of Color Theory and cloud computing environments like MS Azure.
• Experience with PowerBI, ESRI, or other web-based mapping solutions.
