Description

Manage and enhance web and digital properties including websites, SharePoint, and O365.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service requests, incidents, and system failures while documenting root causes and downtime.
• Manage enhancement request lifecycles, creating test plans and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Monitor websites for quality, accessibility, and performance issues, implementing fixes with departmental collaboration.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to formal change control procedures.
• Liaise between end users and third-party vendors to resolve technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Web/Digital application analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience managing and supporting O365 and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of IIS and client-server technologies.
• Understanding of security protocols including PCI and SSL.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodology and relational database concepts.
• Ability to manage small projects, track workplans, and mentor staff.
• Competency in data visualization, analytics, and web metrics.

Preferred Skills

• SharePoint administration experience, specifically migrations to SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of responsive design, content strategy, and SEO.
