You will lead end-to-end development of scalable applications and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable applications and APIs.
• Integrate third-party services and telemetry systems, such as Datadog.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions, focusing on long-term scalability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Align engineering efforts with business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with Ruby.
• Solid background in OOP, Algorithms, and Data Structures.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Linux command-line operations.
• Exposure to at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven experience designing APIs and working with third-party integrations.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical projects.

Preferred Skills

• Awareness of blockchain/Web3 fundamentals.
• Familiarity with compliance/regulatory needs (finance, healthcare, etc.).
