Description

Administer enterprise Windows infrastructure, manage Active Directory, and drive automation across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, OU design, delegation, and gMSAs.
• Own the Windows Server lifecycle: build, standardize, upgrade, and decommission servers.
• Lead server patching via MECM/SCCM, including Windows updates, coordination, and remediation.
• Monitor health, performance, and capacity using SCOM and automation scripts.
• Support on-prem and hybrid workloads across VMware, Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Windows Server administration.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, GPOs, and DNS administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and standard enforcement.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM for patching and configuration management.
• Familiarity with SCOM for monitoring and alerting.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and VMware.
• Experience with Windows security controls, firewall configuration, and OS hardening.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EfficientIP and Rubrik for DNS and backup operations.
• Familiarity with Sophos antivirus and M365 services (OneDrive integration).
