Description

Manage and architect enterprise-wide infrastructure technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server operating systems and VMware ESXi environments.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide infrastructure technology system architecture.
• Develop and maintain process and procedural documentation for platform engineering products and services.
• Design and recommend process improvements across the environment.
• Prepare cost estimates for large-scale projects, including equipment and staff requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related IT experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Expertise in Windows Server Operating Systems and VMware ESXi.
• Experience with AWS cloud and VMware Cloud on AWS.
• Proficiency in Ansible and Ansible Tower.
• Scripting experience with Python, JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, and C#.
• Working knowledge of storage and networking technologies and practices.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Linux Server environments.
• Previous exposure to performance and capacity management techniques.
