Description

You will lead the design, automation, and modernization of global Windows Server infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Windows Server platform strategy and design scalable Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP solutions.
• Build automated server provisioning pipelines using PowerShell, Packer, and MDT.
• Architect and maintain hybrid infrastructure across VMware and AWS.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices across the Windows platform.
• Design resilient disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering and architecture.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory in multi-site/multi-domain environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with System Center (SCCM, SCOM), MDT, and Orchestrator.
• Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (InfoBlox or Microsoft).
• Experience with AD Certificate Services, ADFS, AD RMS, and identity management.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco UCS, and physical server environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Packer, Varonis, and Quest AD tools.
• Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCM, MCA).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux systems for identity integration.
