Description

You design, implement, and support Windows-based infrastructure solutions to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Windows-based infrastructure and server configurations.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy environments.
• Architect scalable solutions focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, and system integration.
• Implement security measures, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and participate in capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration and infrastructure design.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and system orchestration.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure using Azure or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols including NTFS permissions, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Proven experience with disaster recovery, backups, and high availability architecture.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or SCOM.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
