Description

You will design, implement, and support Windows-based infrastructure solutions to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Windows-based infrastructure and server configurations.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy environments.
• Architect scalable solutions focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
• Implement system security measures, including NTFS permissions, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Expertise in Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, automation, and system orchestration.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure using Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery, backups, and high availability architecture.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or SCOM.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
