Own enterprise Windows platform automation, patching, and incident remediation across hybrid cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Ansible Automation Platform workflows for Windows provisioning, configuration management, and orchestration.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, PowerShell, and Ansible for automated Windows image baking and deployment.
• Build golden image pipelines for Windows Server 2016-2025 across Azure, AWS, and VMware using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Own Windows update and patch management infrastructure to support GxP compliance reporting.
• Lead Tier 3/4 escalation support, root cause analysis, and permanent remediation via runbooks and documentation.

Required Skills

• 9-15 years of enterprise Windows Server administration and platform automation experience.
• Deep expertise in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) for Windows environments.
• Strong background in Azure and AWS for hybrid Windows platform deployments.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline ownership and automation-first engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server lifecycle management, hardening, and patching strategies.
• Experience with Windows Defender for security posture and hardening.

Preferred Skills

• Python for automation and integration tooling.
