You will own enterprise Windows platform automation, patching infrastructure, and incident remediation across hybrid cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and extend Ansible Automation Platform workflows for Windows provisioning, configuration management, and orchestration.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, PowerShell, and Ansible playbooks for automated Windows image baking, testing, and deployment.
• Build and optimize golden image pipelines for Windows Server (2016–2025) across Azure, AWS, and VMware using Infrastructure as Code.
• Own Windows update and patch management infrastructure, executing strategies that support GxP compliance reporting.
• Lead Tier 3/4 escalation support for Windows incidents, driving permanent remediation through root cause analysis, runbooks, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 9-15 years of experience in enterprise Windows Server administration and platform automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Ansible playbooks.
• Strong experience with Azure and AWS for hybrid Windows platform deployments.
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and PowerShell.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server lifecycle management (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) and platform hardening.
• Experience with enterprise patching and update management aligned to compliance requirements.
• Strong DevOps mindset with automation-first engineering practices.
• B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, MCA, or related bachelor’s/master’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Python for automation and integration tooling.
• Knowledge of Windows Defender for security posture and hardening.
