Description

You will own technical solutions and deployment processes for Windows desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop application packages in MSI and/or Virtual format.
• Maintain Windows updates using Configuration Manager 2012.
• Create deployment plans that mitigate risk and optimize effort.
• Provide third level support on packages, deployment, and Windows update issues.
• Automate solutions to alleviate issues requiring manual intervention.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in desktop systems management within a large enterprise.
• 2+ years experience administering SCCM/MDM.
• 2+ years experience with PowerShell and desktop scripting.
• 1+ years experience in automation solutioning using a continuous integration platform like Jenkins.
• Experience with Windows OS and environments.
• Experience with Mac OS and Apple scripting.
