Description

Manage and maintain customer server environments across hosted, on-premise, and cloud-native platforms while leading technical migrations and mentoring engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical activities for assigned projects within SLAs and ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
• Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including backend infrastructure maintenance.
• Lead M365 migrations, implementations, and tenant administration.
• Deploy and support multi-tier applications using BigFix, SCCM, or similar toolsets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers on the team.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Windows Server 2012+ and Windows 10+ administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune administration, including AutoPilot.
• Proficiency in Azure AD administration, MFA, and Single Sign-On.
• Strong understanding of SSL, TLS, and networking protocols including SMTP, LDAP, and DNS.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks without supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Linux Administration, Azure Foundations Certification, M365 Administration Certification, or CCNA.
• Experience with SCCM, WDS, WVD, iBoss, Crowdstrike, IIS, BigFix, or ServiceNow.
