Description

You will manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and security across the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments (2008 through 2022), including Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
• Manage web and application server deployments, focusing on IIS, load balancing, clustering, and failover configurations.
• Perform system maintenance, including software installations, server upgrades, and regular patching.
• Troubleshoot application and database performance issues related to connectivity, access, and security.
• Document current systems and develop technical recommendations for application workflows and architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Windows Server administration (versions 2008-2022).
• 10+ years of experience with IIS, XML, web services architecture, SOAP, and firewall security.
• 10+ years of experience in .NET application deployment and troubleshooting.
• 10+ years of experience in LAN/WAN design, configuration, and administration.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Cloud Administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with On-Prem to Microsoft Azure server migrations.
• Extensive experience with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
• Proven ability to manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows, plugins, and web services.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, SharePoint, and SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications.
• PowerShell scripting and general programming experience.
