Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead Wintel infrastructure operations and automation initiatives.
• Design and implement automation solutions for Windows-based infrastructure.
• Develop scripts using PowerShell or similar scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate infrastructure tools and platforms using APIs.
• Implement SRE practices to improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Automate incident response, deployment, configuration, and operational processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure operations and service reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Support root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.

Experience Required:

• 10 - 15 years of experience in Wintel, Infrastructure Engineering, Automation, or SRE.
• Strong experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and operational automation.
• Experience implementing SRE practices, monitoring, incident management, and reliability improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading automation and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Education: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation
