Description

You will drive the architecture, design, and development of carrier-grade CPE devices and wireless access points.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in WiFi Alliance engagements, including specification reviews and Interop events to influence next-generation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement new features for Access Point products.
• Design, test, and document new features while developing test methodologies for requirements traceability and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex field issues in production environments by working with development and support teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in wireless networking solution design, development, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in 802.11 standards, specifically 802.11be, 802.11ax, and 802.11ac.
• Strong understanding of WiFi security protocols including WPA2 and WPA3.
• Solid foundation in network engineering: IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, DSCP, routing, and switching.
• Proficiency with network analysis tools such as Wireshark and spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience working within carrier-grade WiFi environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mesh networking and Quality of Service (QoS) standards.
