You will own the full lifecycle of WordPress site maintenance, development, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage website maintenance, resolve outages, and handle hosting provider relationships.
• Build new pages, landing pages, and custom CMS modules from scratch.
• Update the CMS, plugins, and third-party tools to the latest stable versions.
• Perform quality assurance, investigate bugs, and optimize page speed.
• Implement plugin customizations and provide technical consulting on best practices.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in WordPress and general CMS management.
• Proven experience with website maintenance and complex hosting environments.
• Strong background in Quality Assurance and systematic bug resolution.
• Skilled in landing page development and constructing complex page builds.
• Experience with plugin implementation, customization, and technical recommendations.
• Ability to manage metadata, headers, and content tagging effectively.
• Knowledge of page speed optimization techniques and performance tuning.
