Description

Lead the implementation of new CMS infrastructure and guide agency staff on technical best practices. Own the migration of legacy functionality to modern platforms while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation efforts for new CMS infrastructure and provide technical recommendations to agency staff.
• Analyze current systems and migrate existing functionality to the new platform.
• Work with business stakeholders to prioritize project tasks and assignments.
• Communicate technical requirements and status updates to both business and IT representatives.
• Manage project goals independently and escalate technical issues as needed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in web development.
• Deep expertise with WordPress and extensive experience building custom solutions.
• Proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong web programming skills and experience working with APIs.
• Deep understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.
• Proven ability to handle complex web application development.
• Experience migrating functionality from legacy systems to new platforms.
