Description

You will own the layout, functionality, and development of websites and regional sites to deliver optimal user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements and mockups into intuitive, responsive designs for websites, landing pages, and HTML emails.
• Manage front-end development, code reviews, and refactoring to improve maintainability, performance, and responsiveness.
• Oversee SEO performance, monitoring, and audits, including keyword research and strategy.
• Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush installation, tracking, and reporting.
• Modify themes, plugins, and modules to maintain site security and achieve business goals.
• Monitor site performance, including page load speeds, response capacity, and regular backups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, HR, IT, QA, and UI/UX to scope and fulfill web requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web design and front-end web development.
• Mastery of WordPress (Elementor), WP Engine, and PHP.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Expertise in MySQL and phpMyAdmin database management.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including custom reports, tags, triggers, and events.
• Proficiency with Git for code versioning.
• Experience with SEMRush and SEO implementation.
• Understanding of Cookie consent management tools like CookieYes.
• Ability to implement and work within Windows Server and IIS environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C# (Sitefinity) and Joomla.
