Description

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations and automation workflows using the Workato platform. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using Workato recipes across CRM, ERP, HRMS, and third-party applications.
• Build and maintain automated workflows and data exchange processes via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows for security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document technical designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, specifically REST and SOAP.
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with webhooks, triggers, and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and NetSuite.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge in JavaScript.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Workato certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ETL processes.
