Description

You will design, build, and maintain integrations and automation workflows across enterprise systems using the Workato platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using Workato recipes across CRM, ERP, HRMS, and third-party applications.
• Build and maintain automated workflows leveraging REST/SOAP APIs for system integration and data exchange.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows for security, scalability, and performance.
• Document integration processes, workflows, and technical designs while collaborating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, specifically REST and SOAP.
• Proficiency in JSON and XML for data transformation.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or Workday.
• Knowledge of webhooks, triggers, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Understanding of ETL processes and middleware tools.

Preferred Skills

• Workato certification.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience in integration-heavy environments.
