Description

Lead the migration from Boomi to Workato, designing composable, event-driven architectures. Implement MCP bridges to expose enterprise data as context for LLMs and build agentic workflows for AIOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the phased migration of Boomi process-centric flows to Workato, maintaining parallel operations during transition.
• Re-engineer legacy Boomi integrations (APIs, ETL) into native Workato recipes and low-code solutions with governance.
• Design and implement MCP servers to bridge Workato with external apps (Salesforce, SAP, custom apps) and databases.
• Build semantic layers allowing AI agents to understand enterprise system state without direct database access.
• Enable agentic automation by integrating Workato with LLMs (Claude, Google Vertex) for incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, specifically with Workato and Boomi.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, JSON/XML, and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Deep understanding of API protocols including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and JDBC.
• Experience designing composable, event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to re-engineer legacy integrations into modern platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems with LLMs and AI agents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) development.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and AIOps automation.
