Description

You will manage the configuration, integrity, and efficient operation of the Workday system within the Accounting department.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday modules including FDM, Revenue Management, A/R, A/P, Cash Application, Projects, Contracts, Suppliers, and Invoices.
• Execute system enhancements, new functionality rollouts, and modifications, including in-depth testing and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot complex system problems and develop workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations.
• Perform data loads, manage system integrations, and translate business requirements into Workday structures.
• Manage security administration, data audits, corrections, and the development of training documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Workday.
• Deep functional knowledge of FDM, Revenue Management, A/R, A/P, and Cash Application.
• Experience with system updates, security administration, and data audits.
• Ability to define business requirements into technical Workday structures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders in cross-functional team initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
