Description

Configure and implement end-to-end Workday HR solutions to align with organizational goals. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Workday HCM modules and lead technical design sessions.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday HCM modules including Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Talent, and Core HCM.
• Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and leverage EIBs, Core Connectors, Web services, and Rest APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical action plans and drive process improvements through technology redesign.
• Support integrations with internal and external systems while ensuring data integrity during deployments.
• Provide end-user training and identify opportunities for innovation within customer processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Workday HCM modules, specifically Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Third-party payroll, Talent, and Core HCM.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise process and requirement analysis.
• Expertise in building custom reports and calculated fields within Workday.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Web services and Rest APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deployments with a focus on data integrity and user adoption.
