Description

You will own the configuration, support, and enhancement of the Workday platform, focusing on HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, and Absence.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support business process design, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and releases.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
• Assist with data audits, data loads (EIB), and ensure data integrity across systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday (HCM or related modules).
• Proficiency in EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio for integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues.
• Experience supporting HRIS systems in a global or enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications (HCM, Compensation, Integrations, etc.).
• Experience in a nearshore or global delivery model supporting U.S.-based teams.
• Knowledge of HR processes and data governance best practices.
