Description

• Administer, configure, and support Workday HCM and ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain ADP Workforce Now system architecture, job structures, organizational hierarchy, and employee records.
• Support Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Security, Reporting, and HRIS operations.
• Manage integrations with third-party benefits platforms including Sequoia, MetLife, Vanguard, and other carrier systems.
• Lead evaluation, testing, and deployment of Workday and ADP feature releases and bi-annual system updates.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer and ADP reporting tools.
• Perform payroll reconciliation, deduction audits, and data validation across Workday, ADP, Sequoia, and benefit providers.
• Maintain data integrity and enforce Workday Domain Security Policies (DSPs), user access controls, and PII security standards.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues, support end users, and collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with US benefits regulations including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA.
• Document processes, system configurations, testing results, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of HRIS Administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience administering ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience supporting Benefits Administration and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Reporting.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation, deduction audits, and HRIS data governance.
• Experience supporting Workday Security and Domain Security Policies (DSPs).
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party benefit vendors.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sequoia Benefits Platform.
• Experience integrating MetLife, Vanguard, and other benefit carriers.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance including ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA.
• Experience supporting enterprise HRIS environments
