Description

Configure and optimize Workday business processes, focusing on Payroll, Time, and Absence. Manage tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting to ensure system efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure complex Workday business processes and troubleshoot issues in Payroll, Time, and Absence modules.
• Manage tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting, including mass loading via EIBs.
• Define, document, and enforce system standards in Sandbox environments to meet audit and compliance controls.
• Provide end-user support, change management, testing, and training for feature releases and issue resolution.
• Document technology specifications and maintain accurate change management records for internal and external audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience with deep understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.
• Proficiency in Workday business process configuration, core setup, and security framework.
• Experience with Workday Integrations, data model, and data loading procedures.
• Knowledge of SQL for reporting and auditing configuration change effectiveness.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems and Windows environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Ability to convey technical recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro or Workday Certifications.
• Experience with Workday Implementation Methodology.
