Description

Develop and maintain Workday integrations while supporting ongoing operations for business and IT partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment of new integrations.
• Support and maintain existing integrations through daily monitoring, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Evaluate the technical impacts of Workday application configuration decisions.
• Support additional platforms including ServiceNow, Kenexa, and SuccessFactors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience supporting Workday HCM.
• 7+ years of IT experience in ERP applications such as SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, RaaS, Web Services, XSLT, PICOF, PECI, Core Connector, WECI, Document Transformation (DT), and APIs.
• Proficiency with development and testing using EIBs and XSLT.
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, and SAML.
• Workday Prism experience.
• Workday Extend experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with at least one full life cycle implementation of Workday as an integration developer.
