Description
You will lead the design and technical implementation of Workday integrations and configurations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering, functional design, technical design, development, testing, and deployment of new integrations.
- Maintain existing integrations through daily monitoring, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Evaluate the technical impacts of Workday application configuration decisions.
- Support data conversion activities using mass data loads and EIBs.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop technical solutions for complex business issues.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
- 7+ years of IT experience in ERP applications such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism and Workday Extend.
- Proficiency with Workday EIB, Raas, Web Services, XSLT, PICOF, PECI, Core Connector, WECI, Document Transformation (DT), and APIs.
- Technical expertise in ERP, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, and API.
- Bachelor's degree.
