Description

You will lead the design and technical implementation of Workday integrations and configurations, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment of new Workday integrations.
• Maintain existing integrations through daily monitoring, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Evaluate the technical impacts of Workday application configuration decisions on downstream systems.
• Support data conversion activities using mass data loads and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop technical solutions for complex business issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
• 7+ years of IT experience in ERP applications (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with Workday Prism and Workday Extend.
• Proficiency with Workday EIB, RaaS, Web Services, XSLT, PICOF, PECI, Core Connector, WECI, Document Transformation (DT), and APIs.
• Technical expertise in ERP architecture, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, and API management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex multi-tenant Workday environments.
• Background in data migration and legacy system integration.
