Description

You will own the design, configuration, and governance of Workday security across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules.

You will partner with HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable security solutions, including security groups, role-based assignments, domain security, authentication, and proxy policies. You will conduct security impact assessments for releases and regulatory changes, following SDLC frameworks for all enhancements. You will lead security governance, perform access audits for compliance, and act as the subject matter expert to guide and train the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday security configurations across multiple HCM modules.
• Conduct security impact assessments and maintain audit readiness for regulatory compliance.
• Perform regular access audits and collaborate with HR Risk and leadership teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise and training to internal Workday security personnel.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Workday HCM Security.
• Strong understanding of Workday configuration and HR processes.
• Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll.
• Proficiency in SDLC frameworks for project enhancements.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
