You will configure and support complex Workday business processes across Payroll, Time, and Absence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure complex Workday business processes, focusing on Payroll, Time, and Absence.
• Manage tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.
• Review business procedures to ensure system features are utilized and identify efficiency improvements.
• Provide pre- and post-launch end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training.
• Document technology specifications and maintain change management documentation for audit compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
• Solid understanding in at least three Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits).
• Deep understanding of Workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading.
• Ability to mass load information via EIBs and test integration inputs and outputs.
• Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems.
• Ability to convey technical ideas clearly to various audiences in written and verbal communications.
• Understanding of Workday Implementation Methodology.
