Description

You will configure and support complex Workday business processes, with a primary focus on Payroll, Time, and Absence. You own the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from sandbox testing and data loading to post-launch support and change management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot business processes for Payroll, Time, and Absence modules.
• Manage tenant configuration, EIB mass loads, and integration testing for transactional changes.
• Develop reports and audits to verify configuration effectiveness and compliance.
• Document technology specifications and maintain change management records for audit controls.
• Support feature releases, issue resolution, and end-user training in collaboration with the Workday Architect.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.
• Proficiency in Workday business process configuration, core setup, and security frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Workday data model, cloud-based multi-tenant architecture, and interfaces.
• Experience with Workday Integrations and data loading procedures.
• Familiarity with SQL and Windows environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro or Workday Certifications.
