Description

You will configure and maintain complex Workday business processes, with a primary focus on Payroll, Time, and Absence modules. You will own tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting within a controlled multi-tenant environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot business processes for Payroll, Time, and Absence while ensuring system features are fully utilized.
• Manage tenant configuration, data loads, and integrations using EIBs to mass load information and test integration inputs/outputs.
• Develop and maintain reports to audit configuration change effectiveness and document technology specifications.
• Provide pre- and post-launch end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training.
• Maintain accurate change management documentation to satisfy internal and external audit controls and compliance practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience with deep understanding of the Workday data model and corporate system architecture.
• Functional knowledge of at least three modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, or Benefits.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systems, including core setup, security framework, and business processes.
• Proficiency in creating reports and using SQL for data queries and auditing.
• Ability to convey technical ideas and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences in written and verbal communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro or Workday Certifications.
• Experience with Workday Integrations and Implementation Methodology.
