Good to Have Skills: Experience with FinTech companies and Workday implementations spanning multiple countries. Knowledge of cross-functional data flows and integration with downstream systems like ADP and Finance. Understanding of AI/ML within Workday and emerging technologies for business efficiency enhancement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute the roadmap for Workday HRIS, ensuring it supports long-term business goals and scalability.
• Troubleshoot Workday configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes.
• Participate in the development and delivery of new Workday features and functionality.
• Serve as a technical liaison for stakeholder teams, advising on system capabilities and automation opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure configurations and implementations are developed, tested and operationally ready.
• Ensure that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to.
• Design, create, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Champion and develop Workday initiatives, such as semi-annual release testing and new module implementations.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement by actively evaluating new Workday features and emerging technologies.
• Develop guidelines, documentation and provide high-tier technical support for successful adoption of system changes.

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in Workday development, specifically supporting HRIS modules. Proven experience managing bidirectional data handshakes and resolving ownership conflicts in complex Workday environments. Prior experience implementing or maintaining Workday systems and ability to model and configure workflows that recognize both complexity and user experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field
