Description

You will own the technical execution and evolution of the Workday HRIS landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Workday HRIS roadmap to ensure scalability meets long-term business goals.
• Troubleshoot configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes.
• Design, create, and maintain reports and queries to provide executive insights.
• Participate in the development and delivery of new Workday features and functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday development supporting HRIS modules.
• Expertise in Workday HCM, Workday Studio, and Workday Report Writer.
• Proficiency with EIB, PRISM Analytics, XML, Java, and Web Services.
• Proven experience managing bidirectional data handshakes and resolving ownership conflicts.
• Experience implementing or maintaining Workday systems and configuring complex workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field.
